Bounce meets muscle training

Are you looking for a full body workout that strengthens all of your muscles while using the sensational effects of bouncing on the trampoline?

Then this app is just right for you:

Systematic strengthening of all muscle groups, stimulation of fat metabolism, promotion of the cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune systems, strengthening the ability to concentrate, improving coordination Skills (e.g. balance and rhythm), stress reduction, release of positive hormones and much more. We train about 20 minutes a day for 4 weeks and specifically strengthen one muscle group every day in order to give the remaining muscles the necessary regeneration time.

On the 6th training day of the respective week, we swing very easily and look forward to the stretching on the 7th day.

The intensity of the training increases from week to week, so that we progressively increase and achieve a maximum training effect.

Be curious and let me carry you away! It will be mega!
