The DRW-Nukmed app is used to map the diagnostic reference values (DRW) that were published in leaflet L-08-01 of the BAG 2014. The DRW are based on a survey that was carried out in Switzerland in 2010. In nuclear medicine diagnostics, the size of the DRW used is the applied activity for a standard examination, which is intended to ensure sufficient quality to obtain the diagnostic information. The DRW / dose section of the app calculates the activity to be applied for a specific examination for a 70kg patient and indicates the effective dose E50. The DRW-Nukmed app calculates the weight-specific application and minimum activity for examinations of children according to the EANM Dosage Card. The "DRW comparison" section of the app compares the entered activity for a specific examination with the DRW and shows the result optically.
