With this app you can see your current medicine, which is registered on the Common Medicine Card by a doctor. You can also see your open prescriptions, ie prescriptions where you can still get medicine dispensed at the pharmacy. Along with the open prescriptions, you will also see the medicine that you have already received at the pharmacy.
You can send a request for a prescription renewal to your general practitioner for the medicines that appear as active. If the latest prescription has been created by a specialist, requests will be sent to him. If you do not have a general practitioner and the latest prescription for the medicine has not been created by a specialist, it is unfortunately not possible to request a prescription renewal. Certain medicines cannot be renewed by prescription by way of the app.
The app contains selected information from your medicine card, which is registered on the Common Medicine Card. You can always go to Sundhed.dk to see all information. Here you will find, for example, information about older prescriptions that can no longer be handed out at the pharmacy, who has last changed your medicine card etc. At sundhed.dk you can also see in your log who has had access to your knowledge. You can see the same information about medicines and prescriptions for your children.
The app also displays notifications of new prescriptions or the status of prescription requests from the common medicine card on the Medicine Card tab. In the right corner, an orange dot signals whether there are new notifications to one or more people, while orange dots in the person selector signal which people it is about. When a notification is no longer related, it can be deleted by tapping the trash can icon. Note that notifications are deleted automatically after 30 days.
As of model 2.0, the app uses a new solution for login with NemID. The solution has been developed and operated on behalf of the Danish Health and Medicines Authority by the company Trifork A / S.
