Microsoft Planner requires an eligible Office 365 work or college subscription. This app does not help Office 365 private accounts (for instance: [email protected] or [email protected]). If you are not positive about your company’s subscription or the services you have entry to, please contact your IT department.
Planner offers a simple, visual method to arrange teamwork. Planner makes it straightforward in your staff to create new plans, manage and assign tasks, share information, chat about what you’re working on, and get updates on progress.

Each plan has its personal board, where you can organize duties into buckets. You can categorize tasks based on their status or on whom they’re assigned to. To update the standing or change assignments, simply drag and drop tasks between columns.

The My Tasks view offers a comprehensive list of all your duties and their standing across all of your plans. When working collectively on a plan, team members all the time know who's working on what.

Built for Office 365, Planner lets you work together on the identical duties, connect captured pictures directly to them, and even have conversations round tasks with out switching between apps.
