WINDTRE BUSINESS is the free Selfcare application completely renewed and reserved for Business customers with DIRECT and WINDTRE BUSINESS offers, which allows you to monitor the entire consistency of your company and the history of invoices issued, monitor the consumption of the own offer, view the traffic made and stay in contact with us without consuming the data traffic provided for by the tariff plan. Select your type of offer and start browsing the app right away!

Access as an Employee allows you to:

- check the remaining credit;

- see the list of top-ups made with all the details;

- view the offer and active options on the line;

- monitor consumption and control debits / credits;

- receive notifications to keep the consumption thresholds under control;

- check the coverage of the network on the Italian territory;

- view the list of operators and services available abroad;

- consult the FAQ;

- receive assistance by writing directly to Will in chat;

- find the details of the SIM;

- associate up to two other SIMs with your login;

- top up phone credit and change the offer (only for customers with SIM Tre Business).

To use the App services, register or log in directly thanks to the automatic login.

Access with company manager credentials allows you to:

- consult company data;

- view the list of all mobile and fixed lines;

- manage the activation of the SIM Options;

- access the details of the single selected line;

- have the history of the issued invoices available and be able to proceed directly with the app to view and send them;

- receive notifications in case of overdue invoices, invalid payment method, specific promotions, data threshold abroad, activation of fixed lines and Giga Smart Share basket exhaustion;

- monitor the progress of requests for activation of fixed lines;

- consult the list of top-ups made for the SIM cards in the registry;

- view the devices present in consistency with payment methods and status;

- discover the promotions reserved for your company;

- receive immediate feedback on questions and support by writing to Will in chat;

To use the services of the App with a Manager user, register through the Selfcare portal, accessible through the hyperlink https://selfcare.windtrebusiness.it/ for all customers with WINDTRE BUSINESS offers or at hyperlink https://selfcare.direct.windtrebusiness.it for all customers with DIRECT offers.
