Working time measurement

This app allows you to record working hours, break times and free time.
It is particularly suitable for anyone who regularly works in split shifts and has to keep timesheets.
It currently contains three working time models:
- flat-rate monthly hours
Very simple model for purely recording the working hours.
For the calculation of Flat-rate times of a day are assumed to be 21 working days per month.
- the 7-day week (default setting)
I used the collective employment contract to calculate the times
based on the Swiss hospitality industry ( L-GAV )
- the 6-day week
only working days (Monday - Saturday) are taken into account when calculating the target hours
and Sun. marked as a day off
- the 5-day week
only working days (Mon. - Fri.) are taken into account for calculating the target hours
and Sat., Sun. marked as a day off
Absences (vacation, sickness, accident, school, parental leave and so forth.):
For these times whether they
- should be deducted from the target hours (default setting)
- are to be deducted from the working days ( default )
- are to be added to the working hours as effective hours
- are to be added to the working hours as flat-rate hours
the following applies:
- if only one shift is entered, a whole day is calculated
- if working hours are also entered, the difference between working hours and target time is entered
- if two different absences are entered, half a day is calculated each
Functions:
- Administration of working times for several workstations
- Recording of working hours and free time in two partial shifts professional working day
- Recording of location, expenses, distances traveled and daily notes (all optional)
- Entering paid overtime (optional)
- weekly, monthly and yearly summaries
- store and send these Zu summaries as a CSV file or as a PDF file
- backup of the database in the phone memory/on the SD card
To generate the PDF files, the open source version of PDFjet ( www.pdfjet.com).
