Aruba Utilities contains numerous tools helpful for characterizing and troubleshooting wireless LANs from Aruba Networks. Some instruments work with any WLAN, others are clients for Aruba’s AirWave administration system, Analytics Location Engine (ALE) and Mobility Controllers.

Aruba Utilities contains:
A Wi-Fi Monitor displaying the Wi-Fi surroundings, including the current access point, dynamic signal energy and RSSI measurements, different access factors audible to the system and handover occasions.
A Telnet/SSH consumer that works with Aruba mobility controllers, allowing community configuration and monitoring from a cell platform.
An AirWave consumer that downloads the floorplan picture and AP details from the network’s AirWave WLAN management system. See the place APs are situated relative to your place, and contact AP icons for details of present loading, channels and power.
