My Line C

My Line C is an innovative application allowing users to obtain personalized information about their journey on line C of the SNCF-Transilien network. Indeed, this software was built around a path and not a line as a whole. The user will thus be able to find relevant information on the work in progress or to come on his route and the substitute buses put in place if necessary. An alert system will also make it possible to warn the user of a possible disruption on his journey so that he can better anticipate his trip.
APPLI Ma Ligne C - a co-development project
SNCF-Transilien is currently carrying out major work aimed at modernizing the entire Ile-de-France rail network. In this context, the RER C is very strongly contacted since many works are planned on the entire line in 2017! SNCF-Transilien therefore wishes to set up a utility aimed at improving the lives of shoppers in Ile-de-France by providing them with personalized information on the works and disruptions impacting their journeys.
SNCF-Transilien wishes to involve as many users as possible to co-construct this tool with them, which should facilitate their daily travel. A customer study will allow us to collect the opinions of frequent users of the C line in relation to this utility, and thus make it evolve based on feedback.
