The NHS COVID-19 app is the official contact tracing app for England and Wales.

It is the fastest method of understanding when you’re at risk from coronavirus. The quicker you understand, the quicker you'll be able to alert your family members, and your community.

The more of us that use it, the better we can management coronavirus.

The app runs on proven software program developed by Apple and Google, designed so that no person will know who or the place you're. And you can delete your information, or the app, at any time.

It has a number of options:

Trace: Find out when you’ve been close to other app users who've tested constructive for coronavirus

Alert: Lets you realize the level of coronavirus danger in your postcode district.

Check-in: Use our easy QR code scanner to check-in to venues like bars and eating places. You will get alerted when you have visited a venue where you might have come into contact with coronavirus.

Symptoms: Check when you have coronavirus signs and see if you should order a check.

Test: Helps you order a take a look at if you have to.

Isolate: Keep observe of your self-isolation countdown and access related advice.

Available in English, Welsh, Arabic (Modern Standard), Bengali, Chinese (Simplified), Gujarati, Polish, Punjabi (Gurmukhi script), Romanian, Somali, Turkish and Urdu.

The app can be used throughout UK borders in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Gibraltar, detecting all related contact tracing app users (regardless of them using totally different official apps), alerting them if they have been involved with coronavirus.
