With Tickin you can travel spontaneously, flexibly and above all easily in the eTarif of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (VRN), whether by bus, tram or train. Tickin is a check-in / be-out procedure from DB Vertrieb GmbH: Simply check in and drive off is the motto. You can check-in with one swiping motion and receive a ticket. Let's go.

The eTarif is a modern electronic tariff of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (VRN) and made for Tickin. Your fare is no longer based on honeycombs (from, to and through which you drive), because that is complicated and can be unfair.
In the eTariff, your fare is calculated based on the beeline between the start and destination stop . So you don't pay for the way the means of transport travels, but rather the shortest distance between start and destination - the straight line. Are you traveling a lot? Favorable daily and monthly limits round off the eTarif. It really doesn't get any fairer.
