Through the app, you can stay in touch with TUI guides around the clock, both before and during your holiday. The TUI application allows you to stay in touch around the clock, all na days of the week. You submit your question in the Ask a Guide section of the app and get an answer quickly. And the guides will reach you through the app right at the planning stage - booking your trip the next day. You will also receive messages in the app, both good holiday tips and information about important things during the trip.

Book TUI activities and experiences

Experience more during your holiday by participating in activities and excursions at the resort. Choose from the many experiences and make a reservation directly in the app. There you will also check the exact pick-up times and locations.

Airport Transfer Information

If you have booked a bus transfer, you will see the bus number and pick-up location in the app. As you return home, you will also receive a message informing you of the time and place of pick-up from the airport shuttle.

Find and book a trip

Add your booking to the app

Once you have booked a trip, you can easily add your booking to the app. All you have to do is enter your booking number and the phone number or email address you provided for your travel booking in the app.

Using the TUI app is possible on most of our vacations, but some types of vacations do not allow the app to be used, this only applies to one-way flights and cruises. If you've only booked a hotel, you can add your reservation to the app and see your hotel details, but other app features aren't yet available.
